 Tailored workout plans are great if you’re;

  • Working from a budget but still want to achieve your goals

  • Have experience with training yourself or have had a personal trainer before

  • Want to refresh your workout routine before boredom kicks in

  • Understand the basic principles of training

  • Want to be accountable for you training and have continued guidance throughout your journey

  • Want to have access to an experienced Personal Trainer anywhere in the world

Whatever the reason may be, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone without limitations or judgement along with the dedicated support and guidance throughout to ensure your goals and targets are being met.

Your fitness level, your goals and your lifestyle, will determine how your workout plan will be created.

For guaranteed results, we require you to fill out a needs analysis form in as much detail as possible to highlight any injuries, eating habits and desired goals. This will be done completely online, but you may also request a phone consultation. Depending on the completion of your form will determine the approval of your plan.

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your tailored plan from when you submit your form or have completed your movement analysis.

If feasible, to maximise the most from your plan and to have a better chance of achieving your goals, we recommend booking a 1-2-1 session with your trainer prior to starting. This will allow us to learn more about how your body reacts to training and highlight any weaknesses and/or imbalances you may have which can be incorporated into your plan for better yielding results.

Please note:

We must be realistic with your training and plan, it’s not a one size fits all. Everyone reacts differently to training and it’s our job to determine the most safe, sustainable and effective routine to ensure continued success on your journey.

Meal plans are given although we teach and educate you on the process of general nutrition guidelines to suit your needs, we do however provide information on recommended food tracking apps, meal prep companies, meal ideas and offer discount with our partners Fresh Fitness Foods & Meal Prep Pro once signed up.

  • A tailored progressive workout training plan every 4-6 weeks

  • Access to our coaching app

  • Monthly 15min catch up calls

12 Week Plan

£60 one-off

These are one-offs with the ability to renew, you’ll receive the following:

  • A one-off progressive training plan for the duration of the plan

  • Access to the coaching app - Shred or Muscle Builder

  • A 15min On-boarding call

  • Nutritional Guidance & Accountability tools

  • LPF recommended products, equipment and services

  • Support via our in-app messaging service

All free workout plans can easily be incorporated into your existing training routine and the goal behind each plan is to help guide you on your path to be your greatest you..
