Whatever the reason may be, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone without limitations or judgement along with the dedicated support and guidance throughout to ensure your goals and targets are being met.
Your fitness level, your goals and your lifestyle, will determine how your workout plan will be created.
For guaranteed results, we require you to fill out a needs analysis form in as much detail as possible to highlight any injuries, eating habits and desired goals. This will be done completely online, but you may also request a phone consultation. Depending on the completion of your form will determine the approval of your plan.
Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your tailored plan from when you submit your form or have completed your movement analysis.
If feasible, to maximise the most from your plan and to have a better chance of achieving your goals, we recommend booking a 1-2-1 session with your trainer prior to starting. This will allow us to learn more about how your body reacts to training and highlight any weaknesses and/or imbalances you may have which can be incorporated into your plan for better yielding results.

We must be realistic with your training and plan, it’s not a one size fits all. Everyone reacts differently to training and it’s our job to determine the most safe, sustainable and effective routine to ensure continued success on your journey.
Meal plans are given although we teach and educate you on the process of general nutrition guidelines to suit your needs, we do however provide information on recommended food tracking apps, meal prep companies, meal ideas and offer discount with our partners Fresh Fitness Foods & Meal Prep Pro once signed up.
