Your first session, in person. We find your weak links, and you leave with clear answers.
One to three sessions a week, paid monthly by direct debit or in blocks. Start a monthly plan and your next session is on me.
We train together and I adjust the plan as you progress. Most clients feel the difference within four weeks.
I keep a limited number of private clients, so every session gets my full attention. Comparing trainers? Here's what a personal trainer costs in London and what should be included.
Train with your partner, a friend or a colleague in the same 60-minute session. You each get a programme for your own body, and you split the cost: £180 for two, £90 each. Couples often train with me ahead of their wedding.

“What we have done makes sense, and I now understand why I was having pain previously.”
“One of the other trainers noting my physique couldn't believe my age. I put that down to Lewis.”
“Lewis trained my wife and me for a year ahead of our wedding and was fantastic.”

Two a week suits most people. One a week, plus a programme you follow on your own, works well if time or budget is tight. Three a week gets the fastest progress.
It's your first session, in person. We go through your history and goals, then check your mobility, posture, squat, hinge and press-up. You leave knowing what's holding you back and what we'll work on first.
Usually not. We train around injuries, never through pain. If something needs a physio or GP first, I'll tell you and work alongside them.
Pay monthly by direct debit, or in blocks of sessions. Start a monthly plan and your next session is free.
